Timber SashWindows London

Our showroom · Birmingham Jewellery Quarter

Come and put your hands on the windows

A drawing and a price only go so far. In the showroom you can slide a sash, feel the weight of the fittings, compare paint colours in daylight and see exactly what a solid glazing bar looks like next to an applied one. Bring your photos and measurements and we will go through your project with you.

What you will see

Everything we make, in one room

  • Full-size sash windows. Weighted and spring-balanced box sashes you can open, close and look at from both sides, with the sections cut through so you can see what is inside the frame.
  • Flush casements and doors. A flush casement window, an entrance door set and a French door pair, with the multipoint locking and hinges we fit as standard.
  • Sash horns and mouldings. All eleven horn profiles from our range on one board, and the glazing bar sections: the 20mm applied bar with its spacer, and the solid through bar with separate panes.
  • Hardware in every finish. Fitch fasteners, sash lifts, eyes, casement handles and restrictors in polished chrome, satin chrome, polished brass and antique brass, so you can choose with the pieces in your hand.
  • Paint and timber. Painted samples in the RAL and Farrow & Ball colours people ask for most, engineered redwood pine, full hardwood and the hybrid Accoya build side by side.
  • Glass. Standard 24mm and slim 14mm units, toughened and obscure glass, and the twelve obscure textures, with the light behind them.
  • And a decent coffee. Sit down with one of us, your photos and measurements, and go through the whole job.
